A solute of the curing agent contains a water reducing component which is one or a combination of lignosulfonate, naphthalenesulfonate and aliphatic sulfonate; a reinforcing component which is one or a combination of sodium sulfate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride and ferric sulfate; an excitation component which is one or a combination of ammonium chloride, sodium carbonate andcalcium hydroxide; and a modification component which is one or a combination of silane coupling agents. The muck curing agent is a liquid curing agent, loose muck can be cured, the strength, durability and stability of the muck can be improved, a large amount of construction muck can be reasonably utilized, the construction muck is turned into wealth from waste, the environment is protected, resources are saved, and the strategic requirements of sustainable development of China are met.
本发明涉及岩土工程领域，一种纳米离子复合渣土固化剂，其为液体固化剂，固含量在30％～70％，溶剂为水，该固化剂溶质含减水组分为木质素磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、脂肪族类磺酸盐中的一种或其组合；增强组分为硫酸钠、氯化镁、氯化钙、硫酸铁中的一种或其组合；激发组分为氯化铵、碳酸钠、氢氧化钙中的一种或其组合；改性组分为硅烷偶联剂类中的一种或其组合。本发明的渣土固化剂为液体固化剂，可以使松散的渣土得到固化，可以提高它的强度、耐久性和稳定性，可以使得大量的建筑渣土得到合理的利用，使的建筑渣土变废为保，不仅保护了环境，还节约了资源，符合我国可持续发展的战略要求。
