Recycled concrete based on waste concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides recycled concrete based on waste concrete. The recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of modified waste concrete, 30-40 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of aggregate, 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 3-5 parts of a coupling agent, the preparation method of the modified waste concrete comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating the waste concrete, S2, acidifying the waste concrete, and S3, modifying the waste concrete. The waste concrete is modified by utilizing the cerium dioxide nanoparticles, and the ceriumdioxide nanoparticles are bonded on the waste concrete, so that the dispersity of the waste concrete in a concrete system is improved by changing the microstructure of the concrete microscopically, and the mechanical property of the concrete is further improved. In addition, the invention also provides a method for preparing the recycled concrete.
