The raw materials comprise the following components in parts by mass: 1020.75-1038.00 parts of a cementing material and 80-120 parts of steel fibers; the concrete is characterized by further comprising water, quartz sand, graphene oxide and polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agentpowder, the mass ratio of the water to the cementing material is 0.18, the mass ratio of the quartz sand to the cementing material is 1.1, and the mass of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent powder is 0.3% of the mass of the cementing material. According to the environment-friendly graphene oxide ultra-high-performance concrete, a small amount of graphene oxide with gooddispersity is doped, so that the breaking strength ratio and the toughness of the ultra-high-performance concrete are improved, and the quality problem of the existing ultra-high-performance concreteis solved.
