The formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 15 parts of fused magnesia-alumina spinel with a particle size of 1 to 3 mm; 20-25 parts of 98 fused magnesite with the particle size of 0-1 mm, 15-20 parts of 98 fused magnesite with the particle size of 1-3 mm,10-15 parts of 98 fused magnesite with the particle size of 3-5 mm, 22-29 parts of 98 fused magnesite 200-mesh fine powder, 20-30 parts of light calcined dolomite powder and 10-15 parts of magnesite powder; 1-3 parts of hercynite 200-mesh fine powder, 1-3 parts of powdery boric acid, 5-10 parts of Pakistan chromium ore superfine powder; 2-4 parts of zirconium oxide, and 2-4 parts of a binding agent. The unburned brick produced by the invention replaces sintered magnesite-chrome bricks, high-purity magnesite bricks and magnesite-aluminum bricks, is used for a high-temperature shaft kiln, prolongs the service life, and has the advantages of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, stripping resistance, particularly high thermal shock stability and good heat-insulating property.
