The invention discloses a layered slurry coating preparation method of titanium carbide gradient porous ceramic, which is realized by the following technical scheme that: titanium powder and carbon powder are used as raw materials, and are weighed according to the molar ratio of 1: (0.5-1), a certain amount of PVB and absolute ethyl alcohol are added to prepare slurry, a 20-60PPI organic sponge asa template is divided into 2-6 layers along a certain direction, sequentially slurry is coated on each layer of the template, the slurry coating times between every two layers is increased by 1-2 times, the coated template is dried, and the titanium carbide gradient porous ceramic is obtained by pressureless sintering. The porosity of the prepared titanium carbide porous ceramic is in gradient distribution, and the porosity and gradient change rate on the two sides can be regulated and controlled through the difference between the number of template layers and the number of times of interlayer slurry hanging. The method is simple in process, high in operability and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种碳化钛梯度多孔陶瓷的分层挂浆制备方法,通过下述技术方案实现:以钛粉和碳粉为原料,将两者按照摩尔比1:0.5~1称量后,加入一定量的PVB及无水乙醇配制成料浆;以20~60PPI的有机海绵为模板,将其沿某一方向划分为2~6层,对模板各层依次挂浆,每两层之间挂浆次数递增1~2次,将挂浆后的模板烘干,经无压烧结得到碳化钛梯度多孔陶瓷。本发明制备的碳化钛多孔陶瓷的孔隙率呈梯度分布,两侧孔隙率及梯度变化率可通过模板层数及层间挂浆次数差进行调控;本发明工艺简单,可操作性强,成本低廉。
