The invention relates to an elastic-plastic damping steel plate with a layered composite structure as well as a manufacturing method and application of the elastic-plastic damping steel plate. The elastic-plastic damping steel plate is provided with a (2n+1)-layer composite structure, wherein n is a positive integer, and the elastic-plastic damping steel plate is formed by alternately arranging austenite structure layers and ferrite structure layers; and microstructures of the austenite structure layers are mainly austenite structures, microstructures of the ferrite structure layers are mainlyferrite structures, and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the elastic-plastic damping steel plate must be the austenite structure layers. The elastic-plastic damping steel platewith the layered composite structure is prepared through the production technological processes of assembly, hot rolling and annealing after the hot rolling or the production technological processes of assembly, hot rolling, acid pickling, cold rolling and annealing after the cold rolling. The yield strength of the elastic-plastic damping steel plate with the layered composite structure is less than 300 MPa, under the cyclic stretching-compression loading condition, when the strain amplitude, the strain ratio and the loading frequency are 1%, minus 1.0 Hz and 0.1 - 0.2 Hz respectively, the stress amplitude is smaller than 400 MPa, and the room-temperature fatigue life of the steel plate is longer than 1500 weeks.
本发明涉及一种具有层状复合结构的弹塑性阻尼钢板及其制造方法与应用。其具有(2n+1)层复合结构,其中n为正整数,由奥氏体组织层和铁素体组织层交替排列组成,其中,奥氏体组织层具有的显微组织主要为奥氏体组织,铁素体组织层具有的显微组织主要为铁素体组织,所述弹塑性阻尼钢板的上表层、下表层必须为奥氏体组织层。具有层状复合结构的弹塑性阻尼钢板经组坯、热轧、热轧后退火生产工艺流程或组坯、热轧、酸洗、冷轧、冷轧后退火生产工艺流程制备得到。具有层状复合结构的弹塑性阻尼钢板的屈服强度<300MPa;在循环拉伸‑压缩加载条件下,当应变振幅、应变比和加载频率分别为1%、‑1.0和0.1~0.2Hz时,应力幅值<400MPa,并且钢板的室温疲劳寿命>1500周次。
