According to the railway reinforced roadbed, the cloth bag grouting piles are arranged at the station tracks to renovate a settlement roadbed of a railway, the reinforcing effect is good, pile position arrangement is flexible, and used construction mechanical equipment is small; and first grouting pipes are arranged on the two sides of the cloth bag grouting pile correspondingly, and grouting is conducted on the first grouting pipes to reinforce the packing layer of the nearby roadbed body after the cloth bag grouting pile is buried.
