The invention relates to a telescopic frog for a movable center turnout. The frog comprises a straight station track and a lateral station track which are arranged in a matched mode, a first wing track and a second wing track are arranged in a mode of being matched with the straight station track and the lateral station track, and a compensation swing unit is arranged in a mode of being matched with the first wing track and the second wing track. The side, facing the first wing rail, of the compensation swing unit sequentially comprises a rail transfer section, an elastic bendable section anda fixed section, a telescopic section is arranged on the rear portion of the side, facing the second wing rail, of the compensation swing unit, and the telescopic section is matched with the fixed section; and the compensation swing unit is connected to the controller. The influence of harmful space on rail running is reduced, the harmful space can be eliminated, the external force required for pulling the swing part is effectively reduced, the stability of the pulled short point rail is guaranteed, and then the running stability is guaranteed. The frog is compact and simple in structure, canbe exchanged with an existing fixed frog, eliminates harmful space of the frog for the urban rail transit main track subway turnout, eliminates track gauge line discontinuity, improves the comfort ofthe frog, reduces noise and is environmentally friendly.
