The invention provides a concrete-filled steel tube wall type pier and a construction method thereof. The concrete-filled steel tube wall type pier comprises prefabricated wall plates, a cavity with the upper portion and the lower portion open is defined by the prefabricated wall plates, and a plurality of transverse partition plates are arranged in the prefabricated wall plates at intervals and divide the cavity in the prefabricated wall plates into a plurality of sub-cavities; stiffening plates are arranged on at least one side of the transverse partition plate, and a plurality of stiffeningplates are arranged on the inner wall of the prefabricated wall plate at intervals; a plurality of preformed holes are formed in the stiffening plate; concrete is cast in place in a cavity formed bythe prefabricated wall plates, the transverse partition plates and the stiffening plates. The stiffening plates are arranged on the inner walls of the prefabricated wall plates, and the preformed holes are formed in the stiffening plates, so that concrete aggregate and the preformed holes in the stiffening plates are tightly embedded together after concrete is poured, the bonding strength of the interface between the steel pipe and the concrete is remarkably improved, and the interface between the steel pipe and the concrete is effectively prevented from disengaging; and the transverse partition plates are further arranged, and the stiffening plates with the preformed holes are arranged on the transverse partition plates, so that the restraining effect of the steel pipe on core concrete iseffectively improved.
本发明提供一种钢管混凝土壁式墩及其施工方法,包括预制壁板,预制壁板围成一上下开口的腔体,预制壁板内部间隔设置有多个横隔板,多个横隔板将预制壁板内部的腔体分隔成多个子腔体;横隔板至少一侧设置有加劲板,预制壁板的内壁上间隔设置有多个加劲板;加劲板上设置有多个预留孔;预制壁板、横隔板和加劲板形成的空腔内现浇混凝土。本发明预制壁板内壁上设置了加劲板,加劲板上设置有预留孔,使得浇筑混凝土后混凝土骨料与该加劲板上的预留孔紧密嵌合在一起,显著提高钢管与混凝土界面粘结强度,有效防止钢管与混凝土界面脱空;本发明还设置有横隔板并在横隔板上设置带有预留孔的加劲板,从而有效提高钢管对核心混凝土约束作用。
