The invention discloses a portal pier steel cross beam support mounting method which comprises the following steps: pouring a pier column, mounting a cylindrical steel short column at the top of the pier column, fixing the lower part of the steel short column, welding and fixing a lower connecting plate at the top end of the steel short column, fixing a positioning column on the lower connecting plate, enabling the positioning column to protrude upwards out of the lower connecting plate, and enabling the positioning column to extend into the steel short column; pouring primary concrete into aninner cavity of the steel short column; hoisting the steel cross beam, inserting the upper parts of the positioning columns into reserved bayonets of an upper connecting plate at the bottom of the steel cross beam, and pouring secondary concrete at a connecting part in an inner cavity of the steel cross beam; enabling the upper parts of the positioning columns to extend into the steel cross beamsto be wrapped by secondary concrete, and enabling the lower parts of the positioning columns to extend into the steel short columns to be wrapped by primary concrete, so that the steel cross beams and the steel short columns are firmly connected to form a stable and firm integrated structure; the construction efficiency of the portal pier is greatly improved, and the influence of the portal pieron normal traffic is reduced. The invention further provides a portal pier steel cross beam supporting and installing component which is applied to the installing method and can achieve the same technical effect.
本发明公开一种门型墩钢横梁支撑安装方法,浇筑墩柱,在墩柱的顶部安装筒形的钢短柱,钢短柱的下部固定后,在钢短柱的顶端焊接固定下连接板,下连接板上固定定位柱,定位柱向上凸出于下连接板,定位柱伸入钢短柱内;在钢短柱的内腔中浇筑一次混凝土后;吊装钢横梁,使定位柱的上部插入钢横梁底部的上连接板预留卡口,在钢横梁的内腔中连接部位浇筑二次混凝土;定位柱上部伸入钢横梁被二次混凝土包裹,下部伸入钢短柱内被一次混凝土包裹,将钢横梁与钢短柱之间牢固连接,形成稳定牢固的一体式结构;极大地高门形墩的施工效率,降低其对正常交通的影响。本发明还提供一种门型墩钢横梁支撑安装构件,应用于上述的安装方法,可实现相同的技术效果。
