The motor is used for driving the cleaning device to remove dust attached to a road guardrail, the road guardrail cleaning effect is guaranteed, the cleaning device is folded through the overturning device and the adjusting device to cross obstacles, repositioning of the cleaning device is avoided, and the brushing efficiency is improved.
