The invention discloses a high-strength prestressed hollow square pile. The high-strength prestressed hollow square pile comprises a pile body; the pipe body is formed by casting concrete, and the middle thereof is a circular through hole; the circular through hole extends from the upper surface of the pile body to the lower surface of the pile body; the cross section of the pile body takes the shape of square outside and circular inside; and the centers of the circle and the square are on the same perpendicular line. In the high-strength prestressed hollow square pile, the concrete contains asulfoaluminate micro-expanding agent and a preservative to lower the corrosion rate and prolong the service life; screw-thread steel is adopted as prestressed steel; the tensioning process is refined; the initial stress is 10-15% of a control stress value to prevent rupture of a rib due to excessive initial tension; after the tension control stress reaches 100%, slight ultra-tensioning is performed, the tension stress value reaches 102%, and the load is maintained for 1-2 min, so that the shrinkage loss of a prestressed rib is reduced; and a rectangular reinforcement ring is welded with the prestressed rib, so that no inner gap is formed in the concrete in the tensioned square pile, the connection is tighter, and the strength of the pile body is improved.
本发明公开了一种高强预应力的空心方桩,包括桩体,所述桩体的由混凝土浇筑形成,其中部为圆形通孔,圆形通孔由桩体的上表面延伸至桩体的下表面,所述桩体横截面为外方内圆式造型,且圆型的与方正方形的中心在同一垂直线上。该高强预应力的空心方桩,混凝土内部含有硫铝酸盐微膨胀剂和防腐剂降低腐蚀速率,延长使用寿命,采用螺纹钢作为预应力钢,在其张拉过程中,细化张拉过程,初应力为控制应力值的10‑15%,防止初张拉力过大,导致断筋,当其张拉控制应力到达100%后,进行轻微超张拉,张拉应力值到达102%,持荷1‑2min,使预应力筋降低回缩损失,采用矩形钢筋环与预应力筋焊接,使放张后的方桩内部混凝土之间不存在内缝,连接更加紧密,提高桩体强度。
