The invention relates to a construction process of a steel sheet pile supporting foundation groove. The process comprises the following steps of A, measuring and paying-off, specifically, a worker determines the relationship between an axis and a pile position according to a measurement result and determines all pile positions; B, constructing an outer layer steel sheet pile, specifically, a steelsheet pile is driven by adopting vibration pile sinking equipment to form a foundation pit outer layer cofferdam; C, constructing an inner layer steel sheet pile, specifically, the foundation grooveis preliminarily excavated, a first support is arranged when excavating soil to the first support, and after the first support is arranged, the inner layer cofferdam steel sheet pile is driven to forma foundation pit inner layer cofferdam; D, excavating a foundation groove and then excavating to a second support; and E, arranging water collecting ditches and water collecting pits on two sides ofthe bottom of the groove. The process has the effects that the steel sheet pile of the outer cofferdam bears the soil body pressure on the outer side of the foundation groove, the first support is used for counteracting the load bore by the outer cofferdam, the steel sheet pile of the inner cofferdam bears less pressure on a soil body on the outer side of the outer foundation groove, the deformation is not prone to be caused, and the foundation groove is not prone to seepage deformation.
本发明涉及一种钢板桩支护基槽施工工艺,其包括A、测量放线,工作人员根据测量结果确定轴线与桩位关系,定出各桩位;B、外层钢板桩施工,采用振动沉桩设备施打钢板桩,形成基坑外层围堰;C、内层钢板桩施工,基槽初步开挖,挖土至第一道支撑位置时,布置第一道支撑,第一道支撑布置完成后,施打内层围堰钢板桩,形成基坑内层围堰;D、基槽开挖,再挖至第二道支撑;E、沟槽底两侧设置集水沟和集水坑。本发明具有使外层围堰的钢板桩承载基槽外侧的土体压力,第一道支撑用于抵消外层围堰承受的载荷,内层围堰的钢板桩因承受外基槽外侧土体的压力较小,不易产生变形,基槽不易出现渗透变形的问题的效果。
