The invention discloses a construction process for installing steel purlins and steel supports on water. The construction process is a steel support construction process for installing a macromolecular polyethylene floating platform in a foundation pit through combination with water level change caused by water level fluctuation, and comprises the following steps that S1, after water in the foundation pit is lowered to a certain height, the macromolecular polyethylene floating platform is installed on the water, and after the platform is installed, triangular brackets are fixed, and the triangular brackets are firmly connected with an underground diaphragm wall; S2, a steel purlin is hoisted outside the triangular brackets through a crane, the steel purlin is horizontally pulled to the position over the triangular brackets through a chain block, and a crane steel wire rope is put down after the steel purlin is in place, namely the steel purlin is installed in place; and S3, the steel supports installed in set are correspondingly installed on a steel plate bracket of the steel purlins through manual cooperation with the crane. According to the construction process, the macromolecular polyethylene floating platform is installed on the water, guardrails are installed on the side, close to the water, of the platform, an operator operates on the platform, the construction difficultyis reduced, and the construction risk is reduced.
本发明公开了一种水上安装钢围檩及钢支撑施工工艺,其是将高分子聚乙烯浮动平台与水位涨落引起的水位变化结合而在基坑内安装的钢支撑施工工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、基坑内降水至一定高度后,在水上安装高分子聚乙烯浮动平台,平台安装完成后,固定三角托架,使三角托架与地下连续墙连接牢固;S2、利用吊车将钢围檩吊放至三角托架外,利用手拉葫芦将钢围檩平拉至三角托架正上方,钢围檩到位后放下吊车钢丝绳,即将钢围檩安装到位;S3、人工配合吊车将安装成套的钢支撑对应安装在钢围檩的钢板托架上。本发明通过在水上安装高分子聚乙烯浮动平台,平台靠水侧安装护栏,作业人员在平台上作业,减小了施工难度,降低了施工风险。
