The invention relates to a pile foundation settlement detection device. The pile foundation settlement detection device comprises a ruler body, wherein a seat body which is arranged on a reference pile is arranged at one end of the ruler body; a detection rod which is abutted against the top surface of a pile foundation to be detected is arranged at the other end of the ruler body; a groove body for moving one end of the ruler body is formed in the seat body; one end of the ruler body penetrates through and is fixedly connected with a rotary shaft; two ends of the rotary shaft correspondinglypenetrate through and are rotatably connected onto opposite surfaces of the groove body; the ruler body is provided with an inclined angle detection device for detecting an inclined angle of the rulerbody; the ruler body is of a retractable structure; and the ruler body is of the retractable structure so that the ruler body can be applicable to the reference pile and the pile foundation to be detected with different distances, and the applicable range of the pile foundation settlement detection device is improved.
