The invention provides a seawater lifting device which comprises a tower body structure, a water guide main pipe, a water guide branch pipe, a lifting device and a locking device. The tower body structure comprises truss structures and at least three parallel vertical pipes with two sealed ends, and the vertical pipes are connected with one another through the truss structures. The water guide main pipe is arranged at the upper end of the tower body structure. The water guide branch pipe communicates with the water guide main pipe and is arranged at the lower end of the tower body structure. Asubmersible pump is arranged on the lower side of the water guide branch pipe. The lifting device is arranged on a deck and connected with the tower body structure and used for controlling the towerbody structure to move axially. The locking device is adjacent to the lifting device and used for fixing the seawater lifting device at any position. The seawater lifting device can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and stability of the tower body structure, and the service life of the seawater lifting device is prolonged.
