The invention provides an efficient water-saving toilet stool with an odor-resistant effect, which comprises: a seat body, wherein a toilet bowl is arranged on the seat body; an outer sleeve, whereinone end of the outer sleeve is connected with the drain outlet of the toilet bowl, the other end of the outer sleeve is connected with a blow-off pipeline, an inner blowdown hose is arranged in the outer sleeve, and one end of the inner blowdown hose is connected with the drain outlet; a flushing guide groove which is formed in the seat body, wherein a flushing port is formed in the bottom of theflushing guide groove; a turnover water storage container which is suspended in the flushing guide groove; a turnover driving mechanism which is used for driving the turnover water storage container to turn over; and an outer sleeve lifting mechanism which is linked with the turnover driving mechanism and is used for driving the outer sleeve to bend upwards. When the turnover driving mechanism drives the turnover water storage container to turn over downwards, the outer sleeve lifting mechanism releases the outer sleeve; when the turnover driving mechanism drives the turnover water storage container to turn over upwards and reset, the outer sleeve lifting mechanism stretches the outer sleeve upwards. Flushing water flow is improved, the flushing effect on a urinal is guaranteed, and the technical problems that a traditional toilet bowl returns odor in a water-seal-free state, and freezing is likely to happen in a water storage seal state at low temperature are solved.
