The invention discloses a new sewage pipe and existing sewage pipe connecting construction method. The method comprises new construction of connecting transition wells, reinforcement of soil between the wells, transverse tunneling of steel pipe sleeves, design of pipe construction, and through construction of existing sewage wells and the connecting transition wells. A connecting transition well is newly constructed outside the existing sewage well; a new sewage pipe communicates with the connecting transition well; and through an ultrashort ejector pipe construction method, the connecting transition well and the existing sewage well are transversely tunneled through, so that the existing sewage pipe and the new sewage pipe are connected successfully, and the advantages of simple operation, high practicability, high construction efficiency and low safety risk are achieved.
