The invention discloses a municipal sewage pipeline for preventing urban waterlog. When mud blocks and other garbage poor in fluidity flow into a fluid channel from a drain hole along with rainwater and sewage, a stirring mechanism works, and the mud blocks are crushed into small particles to improve the fluidity, so that the possibility of sewer blockage is reduced, and the urban waterlog prevention effect is further improved. The municipal sewage pipeline comprises a base body, the fluid channel, a water inlet, a water outlet, the drain hole and the stirring mechanism, wherein the fluid channel is transversely formed in the base body; the water inlet and the water outlet are oppositely formed in the ends of the base body, the water inlet is connected with the water inlet end of the fluidchannel, and the water outlet is connected with the water outlet end of the fluid channel; the drain hole is formed in the upper end of the base body and communicates with the fluid channel; and thestirring mechanism is arranged in the fluid channel and located under the drain hole.
