The prestressed structure truss comprises two rows of supporting structures arranged side by side in a spaced mode, a plurality of first prestress components and a plurality of second prestress components, each row of supporting structure is formed by connecting supporting frames connected end to end, the two adjacent rows of supporting structures are connected through a plurality of supporting beams, the supporting beams are provided with first positioning groove holes in the length direction of the supporting beams, the supporting framesare provided with second positioning groove holes in the length direction of the supporting frames, the second positioning groove holes of all the supporting frames in each row of supporting structure communicate with each other in a butt joint mode to form a prestress channel, the second prestress components penetrate through the prestress channels in a sliding and tensioned mode, the supportingstructures forms an integrated structure through the tensioned second prestress components, and the first prestress components penetrate through the first positioning groove holes of the supporting beams in a sliding and tensioned mode and are connected with the supporting structures.
