The basement prefabricated post-cast strip comprises a post-cast strip concrete main body, wherein a plurality of post-cast strip transverse bars and a plurality of post-cast strip longitudinal bars are arranged in the post-cast strip concrete main body, an embedded steel pipe is arranged in the post-cast strip concrete main body, and the embedded steel pipe allows a post-cast strip installation position main body steel bar to penetrate through; the embedded steel pipe is located in an installation space between planes where thepost-cast strip transverse bars and the post-cast strip longitudinal bars are located, and waterproof angle steel is arranged on all side faces of the post-cast strip concrete main body; and the embedded steel pipe has two layers, and namely a layer of embedded transverse pipes and a layer of embedded longitudinal pipes correspondingly. According to the basement prefabricated post-cast strip anda mounting method thereof, the technical problems that construction period of the post-cast strip is prolonged and the post-cast strip bars are not easy to protect and that time and labor are wasted can be solved.
