The two oblique slit steel plates are fixed between the upper framework beam and the lower framework beam, and are arranged in parallel. The oblique slit steel plates are provided witha plurality of oblique slits. All the oblique slits are parallel to the same diagonal line of the located oblique slit steel plates. The length of all the oblique slits is gradually shortened from the middle to the two sides. The oblique slits on the two oblique slit steel plates are perpendicular. The structure can effectively improve the resistant-lateral rigidity, the ultimate bearing capacityand the energy-dissipating capacity of a slit steel plate wall.
