The invention discloses a steel frame embedded prefabricated composite wall and a construction method thereof. The steel frame embedded prefabricated composite wall comprises a steel frame and a prefabricated wall located in the steel frame; the prefabricated wall is used for absorbing and dissipating seismic energy, and comprises a frame body, a plurality of strip-shaped reinforcements positionedin the frame body, and aerated bricks mounted between the reinforcements; each of the reinforcements and the frame body is formed by casting concrete mixed with waste brick granules and fibers; the steel frame is rectangular or square, and comprises a horizontally arranged upper beam, a lower beam and two vertically arranged columns connected end to end; the frame body comprises two horizontallyarranged horizontal bodies and two vertically arranged vertical bodies connected end to end; the upper beam and the lower beam are respectively connected with two corresponding horizontal bodies through embedded steel plates and bolts; and the resource utilization rate of construction waste can be increased, the seismic requirements of a steel frame structure are met, and a multiple seismic denseline steel frame-fiber reinforced ribbed composite wall with multiple seismic dense lines is constructed finally.
