The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated wallboards and discloses a prefabricated building wallboard structure. A first fixing board and a second fixing board are internally provided with a first holding groove and a second holding groove correspondingly, and a connection assembly is connected between the first fixing board and the second fixing board. The first holding grooveis internally provided with limiting holes and grooves which communicate with the first holding groove, and the second holding groove is internally provided with limiting holes and grooves which communicate with the second holding groove. Noise reduction assemblies are further arranged at the centers in a first board body and a second board body. According to the prefabricated building wallboardstructure, by means of the connection assembly, a user can conveniently and rapidly splice the first board body and the second board body, and the spliced prefabricated wallboard can meet actual use demands; and meanwhile after splicing, connection between the first board body and the second board body is tighter, and looseness is lowered. Each noise reduction assembly adopts a multi-grade type noise reduction manner to conduct noise reduction, so that the noise reduction effect is significantly improved; and besides, the stability of the noise reduction assemblies is good, so that the prefabricated wallboard is not prone to breakage.
