The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a non-embedded cantilever steel beam and a reinforcing structure thereof. The non-embedded cantileversteel beam comprises a cantilever steel beam, first channel steel, second channel steel, a tightening member, a triangular steel plate, a rectangular hollow inclined strut, a floor slab and a beam, and the end of the floor slab is vertically connected with the end of the beam; and one end of the cantilever steel beam is horizontally attached to the floor slab, and the cantilever steel beam is fixed through the rectangular hollow inclined strut, the first channel steel, the second channel steel, the tightening member and the triangular steel plate. The tightening member in the non-embedded cantilever steel beam can be finely adjusted through a bolt, and the requirement for installation precision is met. When connection between the channel steel and the floor slab fails, the rectangular truss type inclined strut and the triangular steel plate eliminate the danger that original non-embedded cantilever steel beams fall off when being damaged, the safety of ground workers is guaranteed, and enough time can be provided for the workers for maintenance; and due to the fact that the channel steel can guarantee force transmission between the cantilever steel beams, horizontal shear force generated by a scaffold under strong wind can be resisted, and the strength and rigidity of the cantilever steel beam are also improved.
