The invention relates to a construction method of a PCF structure cast-in-place joint formwork reinforcing system. The method comprises the main construction steps of tying steel bars, lifting a PCF plate, lifting an inner side formwork, installing a reinforcing frame, pouring concrete and recycling the reinforcing system. According to the construction method, after the PCF plate and the inner side formwork are lifted in place, the reinforcing frame is lifted in place, furthermore, the outer side of the reinforcing framework pushes a PC outer wall and the PCF plate through a puller bolt, and the inner side of the reinforcing frame is pulled and bonded to the inner side formwork through a fastener and supported on a floor through an inclined strut. Then the concrete is poured, and the reinforcing system is recycled.
