The invention discloses a construction method of a heavy support and structural steel combined supporting system for a super-thick top plate. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of 1, determining the varieties of inclined rods and vertical rods needed by a heavy support, wherein according to construction of the top plate to be poured and selective supporting members, theplane arrangement map of the vertical rods and the inclined rods of the heavy support is formulated; 2, cleaning away steel tubes, wood beams, fasteners and other materials inside a linear acceleratormachine room, and transferring the cleaned materials to a formulated material stacking point, wherein excessive components at the butt-joint position of the concrete top plate to be poured on the poured concrete foundation are cut and removed; 3, binding a steel reinforcing bar frame of the top plate of the linear accelerator machine room, wherein the top plate steel reinforcing bar frame of thelinear accelerator machine room is bound and formed and then fixed, pouring level measurement is performed on the reinforcing bar, and lineation elevation is performed on the reinforcing bar. The method has the advantages that the defects in the prior art can be overcome, and the structural design is reasonable and novel.
