The invention discloses a steel pipe support and an inserting-buckling type node connection device thereof. The steel pipe support comprises a vertical rod, horizontal rods, a plane inclined rod, a vertical face inclined rod and the node connection device, wherein the node connection device is composed of a circular eight-way socket, a horizontal rod plug, a plane inclined rod plug, a vertical face inclined rod plug and a plug pin, the cross section of the circular eight-way socket in every direction is in a groove shape with an opening facing the circle center and the longitudinal section ofthe circular eight-way socket in every direction is in a right trapezoid with a short bottom edge being downward and a hypotenuse facing outwards, all the plugs are provided with socket connection portions, the socket connection portions are in the groove shapes with the separation distance between two side walls being larger than the height of the circular eight-way socket, and the socket connection portions and the circular eight-way socket are inserted and buckled togrther. The steel pipe support provided by the invention adopts the inserting-buckling type node connection device, under theaction of normal load, automatic downward-moving locking will be performed immediately by virtue of bevel characteristics once the plug pin is loose, and under the action of abnormal load, node self-locking will be realized when the plug pin generates the situation of sliding upwards, the support body reliability is effectively guaranteed, and safety hidden dangers are eliminated.
本发明公开了一种钢管支架及其插扣式节点连接装置,钢管支架包括立杆、水平杆、平面斜杆、立面斜杆和节点连接装置,节点连接装置由环形八向插座、水平杆插头、平面斜杆插头、立面斜杆插头和插销组成,环形八向插座在每个方向上横截面呈槽形且开口朝向圆心、纵截面呈直角梯形且短底朝下斜边朝外,各插头均具有插座连接部,插座连接部呈槽形且两侧壁间距大于环形八向插座的高度,插座连接部与环形八向插座插扣在一起。本发明提供的钢管支架采用插扣式节点连接装置,在正常受荷作用下插销一旦松动立即会凭借斜面特性自动下移锁紧,而在异常受荷作用下当插销出现向上滑动的情况时会实现节点自锁,有效的保证了架体的可靠性,排除了安全隐患。
