The pre-embedded tie bolt is characterized in that the fixingcomponent comprises a first plane, a second plane and an arc surface, a thread blind hole is formed in the first plane, and a fixing hole is formed in the arc surface; one end of the bolt body is connected with the thread blind hole in the fixing component; and the location sleeve is arranged on the bolt body in a sleeving manner. The bolt body and the fixing component can be detached after beingused, and can be cyclically used, so that environment protection and cost saving are benefited.
