The invention relates to a steel bar binding method of a stand beam and column intersection joint. A stand comprises a vertical column, a horizontal radial beam intersected with the vertical column, and an oblique beam which is oblique and is intersected with the vertical column and the radial beam. The method includes the steps that a vertical column main rib is bound, a column stirrup hoops theouter side of the column main rib, and a column stirrup is not bound at the beam and column intersection joint to form a first rear binding area; an upper steel bar layer obliquely arranged on the oblique beam is bound; a main rib of the radial beam is bound, a radial beam stirrup hoops the outer side of the main rib of the radial beam, and a radial beam stirrup is not arranged at the position, close to the first rear binding area, of the main rib of the radial beam to form a second rear binding area; a lower steel bar layer of the oblique beam is bound to penetrate through the first rear binding area; in the first rear binding area, a pair of first half-ring hoops are clamped on the two sides of the column main rib and are fixed to form a closed shape to hoop the column main rib; and in the second rear binding area, a pair of second half-ring hoops are clamped on the main rib of the radial beam and the lower steel bar layer respectively and fixed to form a closed shape to achieve pulling and hooping.
