The house building stand column structure comprises a lower supporting seat arranged on the ground, an upper supporting seat abuttingagainst the bottom face of a floor on the lower side of a material room, a driving sleeve vertically arranged on the lower supporting seat, a vertically-arranged supporting force lead screw, a slidingsleeve fixed to the lower supporting seat and a supporting frame fixed to the bottom face of the upper supporting seat; the lower end of the driving sleeve is rotationally connected with the upper surface of the lower supporting seat, and an opening of the driving sleeve faces upwards; the upper end of the supporting force lead screw is fixed to the bottom face of the upper supporting base, and the lower end of the supporting force lead screw penetrates into the opening of the driving sleeve and is in threaded fit with the driving sleeve; the supporting frame is vertically arranged, wherein the bottom of the supporting frame penetrates into the sliding sleeve and is in sliding fit with the sliding sleeve; and a structural column body formed by condensing and fixing concrete is poured between the upper supporting seat and the lower supporting seat, and the driving sleeve, the supporting force lead screw, the sliding sleeve and the supporting frame are all buried in the structural column body.
