The invention relates to a reinforcing method of a tunnel secant pile wall, in particular to a reinforcing method for the secant pile wall on an aeolian sand stratum tunnel portal section. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps of site preparation, grout preparation, setting of tunnel face leveling peg holes, surveying and setting out, adjustment of a drilling rig positioning angle,drilling and horizontal jet grouting construction, wherein jet grouting piles in the vertical direction are driven outside a tunnel excavation outline in the horizontal direction, tunnel surrounding rock is pre-reinforced, after meshing with one another, the jet grouting piles are solidified on a tunnel vault and around the tunnel vault to form a closed horizontal jet grouting curtain body, the quicksand-proof, anti-sliding and permeation-proof stable arch shell protection effect is achieved, and sinking of the tunnel vault and zero displacement of horizontal convergence and deformation are basically achieved. The support effect is good, the reinforcing method is suitable for aeolian sand, a silt stratum, cohesive soil, a gravel stratum, sandy soil, shale and other weak stratums, the mechanical performance of weak surrounding rock which is small in particle and loose in character can be better improved, and during excavation after advanced pre-reinforcement, a good security assurance is provided.
本发明涉及一种隧道咬合桩的加固方法,尤其是风积砂地层隧道洞口段咬合桩加固方法,包括以下步骤:现场准备、浆液备制、掌子面水平桩孔位设置、测量放线、钻机定位角度调整、钻孔和水平旋喷施工;将竖直方向的旋喷桩以水平方向打入隧道开挖轮廓外,进行隧道围岩的预加固,当旋喷桩相互咬合后,在隧道拱顶及周边固结形成封闭的水平旋喷帷幕体,起到防流砂、抗滑移、防渗透的稳定拱売保护作用,基本实现隧道拱顶下沉和水平收敛变形“零”位移,支护效果好,适用风积砂、淤泥层、粘性土、砂砾层、砂类土、泥页岩等软弱地层,能够更好的改善此类颗粒较小、性状松散的软弱围岩的力学性能,隧道超前预加固后开挖时具备良好的安全保证。
