The invention belongs to the field of constructional engineering and discloses a building window wall structure combining ventilation with an air conditioning outdoor unit shade. According to the technical scheme, a ventilating window capable of being opened and fallen from inside is arranged on each of outer walls on the two sides of a separating wall; the size of the ventilating window meets themanual overhauling size; an air conditioning outdoor unit is arranged below each of the ventilating windows on the two sides; a support plate is arranged below the air conditioning outdoor unit and is overhung outwards from the window lower wall of the ventilating window; an external packing component comprises the ventilating windows, the air conditioning outdoor units and the support plates; and a shutter is arranged on the surface of the external packing component. The building window wall structure improves the durability of the external packing component of the air conditioning outdoor units and also ensures completeness and coordination of a building elevation. The external packing component can be processed and formed in a factory in advance, connecting assembling or a small amountof welding is carried out on the external packing component on a construction site, so that the construction time is greatly shortened, and the product percent of pass is effectively ensured.
