The invention discloses a preheating box on a crack pouring machine. The preheating box comprises a hot melting device, wherein a lower end in the hot melting device is provided with resistance heaters; a hot melting furnace is installed in the hot melting device; heating oil is filled between the hot melting device and the hot melting furnace; the upper end of the heating oil is connected with apartitioning plate; one side of the hot melting device is provided with a material inlet; the outer wall of the material inlet is connected with a feeding channel; and the upper end of the hot meltingdevice of the material inlet is connected with a cover plate. According to the preheating box on the crack pouring machine, the inner wall of the hot melting device is connected with the partitioningplate; one end of the partitioning plate is connected with the feeding channel; sealant which needs to be preheated is added through the feeding channel, one preheating box is formed between the partitioning plate and the hot melting device, and therefore, a structure is simple. The lower ends of heat conduction rods on the partitioning plate receive the heat of the heating oil, the heat is transferred to top heating oil to quicken heat transfer among different heating oils, a temperature difference of the upper end and the lower end of the heating oil is not large, and a heating effect is improved.
