The invention relates to the technical field of down pipe maintenance, in particular to a cleaning device and cleaning method for the wall of a house down pipe. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that the bacteria on the wall of the down pipe affect the normal use of the down pipe. In order to solve the above technical problem, the invention provides the cleaning device for thewall of the house down pipe. The cleaning device comprises an upper round sleeve and a lower round sleeve, wherein the upper round sleeve is not in contact with the lower round sleeve; a turntable isplaced in a gap between the upper round sleeve and the lower round sleeve; a vertical shaft is inserted in the axle center of the turntable; the top end and bottom end of the vertical shaft are in sleeve connection with bearings; and the two sides of the surfaces of the two bearings are respectively and fixedly connected to the two sides of the inner walls of the upper round sleeve and the lowerround sleeve through transverse shafts. A scraping plate in the cleaning device is arc-shaped; and a rubbing end of the scraping plate is toothed, is made of a relatively soft material, and correspondingly deforms along with the bulge shape of the pipe wall, so that the scraping plate can be prevented from being stuck on bacterial clusters on the one hand, and the condition that a relatively hardscraping plate damages the wall of the pipe can be avoided on the other hand.
本发明涉及落水管维修技术领域，尤其涉及一种房屋落水管管壁用清理器及清理方法。本发明要解决的技术问题是落水管管壁上的细菌影响落水管正常使用。为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种房屋落水管管壁用清理器，包括上圆套和下圆套，所述上圆套与下圆套不接触，所述上圆套与下圆套之间的缝隙中放置有转盘，所述转盘的轴心穿插有竖轴，所述竖轴的顶端和底端均套接有轴承，且两个轴承表面的两侧均通过横轴分别与上圆套和下圆套内壁的两侧固定连接。该发明中刮片为弧形，且剐蹭端为齿状，且材质较软，在剐蹭的过程中，会随着管壁的凸起形状而进行相应的变形，一方面能够避免刮片卡在细菌团上，另一方面能够避免过硬的刮片会对管壁造成损坏。
