The invention provides a sound-insulation and heat-insulation light wall material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of industrial waste metal powder,30-70 parts of foamed polystyrene, 100-120 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 15-20 parts of basalt, 5-10 parts of perlite, 5-15 parts of diatomite, 5-20 parts of phase change energy storage microcapsules, 2-7 parts of an adhesive, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 2-4 parts of a reinforcing agent and 20-40 parts of water. According to the invention, the raw materials are wide in source, the preparation method is simple and convenient, the density and the heat conductivity coefficient of the material are effectively reduced by adding the diatomite and the phase change energy storage microcapsules, and the material has good heat preservation performance; and the metal powder and the foamed polystyrene are mixed to effectively achieve the effects of sound insulation andnoise reduction, so that the material has a wide application prospect.
本发明提出了一种隔音隔热轻质墙体材料,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:工业废弃金属粉末70‑90份、发泡聚苯乙烯30‑70份、脱硫石膏100‑120份、粉煤灰20‑30份、玄武岩15‑20份、珍珠岩5‑10份、硅藻土5‑15份、相变储能微胶囊5‑20份、粘合剂2‑7份、减水剂1‑5份、增强剂2‑4份和水20‑40份。本发明原料来源广、制备方法简单方便、硅藻土和相变储能微胶囊的添加有效降低材料的密度及导热系数,具有很好的保温性;金属粉末与发泡聚苯乙烯混合可有效起到隔音降噪的作用,因此,具有广阔的应用前景。
