Vertical guide rods are connected to a vehicle body; the vertical guide rods are sleeved with sliding assembly; a swing armis connected to the sliding assembly; a power component is arranged at the top of a shell, two ends of a transmission shaft are respectively connected to the power component and a transfer case, and two ends of an output shaft are respectively connected to the transfer case and a movable sleeve; open circular sleeves of an escape wheel are consistent with the output shafts in number and are arranged on an index plate, and lips are arranged at the lower parts of the open circular sleeves and are matched with fasteners; movable sleeves are arranged in the open circular sleeves, the upper ends ofthe movable sleeves are connected to the lower ends of the output shafts, and the lower ends of the movable sleeves are provided with corner holes matched with the fasteners; two ends of a driving lever casing pipe are connected to the transfer case and the escape wheel respectively, and the driving lever casing pipe can drive the transfer case to rotate.
