A quick connecting structure for a prefabricated pier column and a prefabricated bent cap is used for remarkably improving the connecting performance between the prefabricated pier column and the prefabricated bent cap in prefabricated construction and providing technical support for standardized, industrialized and mechanized construction of the bent cap pier column. Vertical holes penetrating through the top face and the bottom face of the prefabricated bent cap are formed in a connecting portion at intervals, vertical sinking grooves corresponding to the vertical open holes are formed in the top face of the prefabricated pier column, connecting steel bars extending into the corresponding vertical open holes are arranged in the vertical sinking grooves at intervals, and high-strength rapid solidification filler is poured into the vertical sinking grooves and the vertical open holes from the upper end openings of the vertical open holes to connect the prefabricated bent cap and the prefabricated pier column into a whole. And a positioning structure is arranged between the bottom surface of the prefabricated bent cap and the top surface of the prefabricated pier column.
