The anchoring device comprises two vertical mounting plates symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of a bridge, and transverse mounting plates are mounted at the bottoms of the vertical mounting plates; a plurality of through grooves are evenly formed in the bridge, insertion holes matched with the through holes are formed in the vertical mounting plates, the vertical mounting plates are fixedly connected to the bridge through carbon fiber rebars, and the carbon fiber rebars are sequentially inserted into the through grooves and the other insertion holes from the insertion holes on one side; two first hinge bases are further symmetrically and fixedly installed on the left side and the right side of the bridge, reinforcing ribs are installed on the first hinge bases in a hinged mode, second hinge bases are arranged on the transverse mounting plates,and the second hinge bases are hinged to the other ends of the reinforcing ribs. The bearing capacity, the tensile capacity, the shearing resistance and the bending resistance of the bridge are effectively enhanced, and damage caused by earthquakes and overloads is prevented.
