The invention discloses a pier multistage anti-collision facility, which comprises a plurality of anti-collision units which are the same or different in shape and are sequentially connected end to end to form an anti-collision ring capable of surrounding a pier. Each anti-collision unit sequentially comprises a box structure, a soft pipe and a protective cover from the outside to inside in the radial direction of the anti-collision ring, wherein the protective cover is fixedly connected to the box structure. The soft pipe is filled with an energy absorption and vibration reduction material, the box structure is made of a rigid material, and the protective cover is made of a non-rigid material. The box structure comprises a top surface and a bottom surface which are oppositely arranged, aconcave part is formed in the top surface, and a tubular accommodating space matched with the soft pipe is formed by the concave part and the inner wall surface of the protective cover; the bottom surface is located on the outer ring side of the anti-collision ring. The pier multistage anti-collision facility aims at solving the technical problems that an existing pier protection device is high incost and seriously damages a ship.
