The platform device can be installed on site, can also be transported to the site to be assembled after a part of the platform device is installed in advance, and can also be set as a permanent device and placed on a bridge to facilitate daily inspection. The structure is safe and high in efficiency, anchor heads on main arch ring suspenders can be opened one by one for inspection, and meanwhile a key section of the main arch ring part can be effectively observed.
