A pressure regulating valve, a safety relief valve, a backflow control valve and a cleaning control valve in the integrated steam-water regulating and distributing system are matched and coordinated with one another to guarantee stable operation and safe and reliable work of the system; by controlling the unloading pressure of the pressure regulating valve and the safety valve, the displacement ratio of steam to hot water can be controlled, so that an optimal cleaning effect can be achieved for different road surfaces, and the water utilization rate is high. The system provided by the invention is compact in overall design and reasonable in layout, and can be installed and used in a limited space at the bottom of the sanitation vehicle frame.
