The invention discloses a wharf protection device which comprises multiple buffering units, a buffering unit installation base, a wharf foundation, a wharf protection device installation pit, an oil return main pipe and an oil tank. In order to improve the technical level of a port and the wharf protection device, the wharf protection device is provided. Due to the wharf protection device composedof the multiple buffering units, impact energy formed in the process that a ship arrives at a port and berths can be effectively absorbed, and infrastructures such as a wharf can be sufficiently protected; and meanwhile, damage caused by wharf impacting in the berthing process of a ship body can be prevented, and the safety of a ship in the process that the ship arrives at the port and berths isgreatly improved.
