Rubber movable cofferdam and processing process and application method thereof
The invention provides a rubber movable cofferdam and a processing process and an application method thereof. The rubber movable cofferdam is composed of a plurality of unit rubber dam pieces which are sequentially connected, each unit rubber dam piece is provided with three sealing positions, the three sealing positions comprise two opposite side sealing side edges and a bottom sealing side edgewhich is adjacent to the two side sealing side edges and is positioned between the two side sealing side edges, the bottom sealing side edge extends outward in the width direction of the bottom sealing side edge to form a bendable sheet-like tail, and each unit rubber dam piece is anchored to the dam surface through the sheet-like tail. The sheet-like tail is used to fix the rubber movable cofferdam during use, so that the cofferdam is prevented from flushing away due to the hydraulic impact, and the stability of the cofferdam is improved. According to the rubber movable cofferdam, construction can be carried out when the water depth exceeds 2 m in field use, the cofferdam can be inflated firstly, the cofferdam floats to a proper position, then water is filled, the cofferdam is located atthe position by using the self weight of the water and the rubber cofferdam, and the water blocking effect is improved.
本发明提供了一种橡胶活动围堰和加工工艺及其应用方法,它由若干个单元橡胶坝片依次连接组成,每一个单元橡胶坝片具有三个封口位置,分别是两个相对的边部封口侧边,以及与两个边部封口侧边相邻且位于两个边部封口侧边之间的底部封口侧边,底部封口侧边沿其宽度方向向外延伸形成可弯曲的片状尾部,每一个单元橡胶坝片通过片状尾部锚固于坝面。片状尾部用来在使用过程中通过该片状尾部将橡胶活动围堰固定住,避免由于水力冲击将其冲走,提高了围堰的稳定性。本发明提供的橡胶活动围堰在现场使用时可以在水深超过2m的情况下施工,可先向围堰内充气,将围堰漂浮到合适位置,再进行充水,利用水和橡胶围堰的自重将围堰坐落于该位置,提升挡水效果。
