The invention provides a spring core high-damping rubber damping support which comprises an upper connecting plate, a high-damping rubber block and a lower connecting plate, wherein at least three annular baffle plates are arranged at the bottom of the upper connecting plate; an annular groove is formed between every two adjacent annular baffle plates; the high-damping rubber block clings to the lower surface of the upper connecting plate; an annular protruding block is arranged at the upper end of the high-damping rubber block, is positioned right below the annular groove and is embedded in the annular groove; a rubber protective layer is arranged on the periphery of the high-damping rubber block; a cylindrical through hole is formed in the high-damping rubber block; a spring is arrangedin the through hole; the upper end of the spring is connected with the bottom surface of the upper connecting plate; and the lower end of the spring is connected with the top surface of the lower connecting plate. The spring core high-damping rubber damping support can ensure the shock insulating effect of a structure in the horizontal and vertical directions in a strong earthquake to improve theoverall anti-seismic property of the structure.
