The invention discloses an adverse current swimming training device for a swimming pool. The device comprises the swimming pool, wherein the swimming pool comprises a cavity for swimming, and one endof the swimming pool is provided with an adverse current adverse current generating device; the outlet end of the adverse current generating device communicates with the swimming pool, the outlet endof the adverse current generating device is provided with a current guide device I, and the other end of the swimming pool is provided with a current guide device II; the inlet end of the adverse current generating device communicates with the current guide device II through backflow cavities, and the backflow cavities are formed in the two sides of the swimming pool; and the backflow cavity in one side is connected with a hot water pipe, a pump body I is arranged on the hot water pipe, the backflow cavity in the other side is connected with a cold water pipe, a pump body II is arranged on thecold water pipe, and the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe are connected with a water change valves correspondingly. The adverse current swimming training device for the swimming pool overcomesthe defects in the prior art, is reasonable in structure, adopts an adverse current training swimming mode, improves the exercise intensity, intelligently controls heating, adjusts the adverse currentintensity, is practical and comfortable, and brings better training experience to trainees.
