A light source used by an original light-transmitting concrete product is changed into a photovoltaic power generation mode, in the daytime, the solar assembly can be used for converting solar energy into electric energy, the electric energy is stored in an electric power storage device, and at night, the electric energy in the electric power storage device can be released to lighten the light source on the backof the light-transmitting concrete, so that the effect of brightening decoration is achieved, electric power is greatly saved, and meanwhile the brightening effect is achieved.
