The invention discloses an oven for curing of composite ribs. The oven comprises a machine frame, a cavity, a high-temperature pipeline, a high-temperature fan and an air flue heater, wherein the high-temperature fan and the air flue heater are arranged in the machine frame, and the high-temperature pipeline is connected with the high-temperature fan through a first heating pipeline; the cavity isarranged on the machine frame and communicates with the high-temperature pipeline and the high-temperature fan; and the air flue heater communicates with the high-temperature pipeline through a second heating pipeline. The composite ribs are heated and cured by the oven in a closed cycle hot air blowing mode; compared with a traditional heating pipe heating and curing device, the oven not only greatly reduces the heat dissipation of hot air and effectively improves the utilization rate of the heating energy consumption, but also greatly reduces the influence of high-temperature curing processes on the ambient temperature; and the oven is economical and environment-friendly, and has the advantages of being short in curing time, good in curing time, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种用于复合筋材固化的烘箱,包括机架、腔体、高温管道、设于该机架内的高温风机及风道加热器,该高温管道与该高温风机通过第一加热管道连接;该腔体设于该机架上,且分别与该高温管道及该高温风机相连通;该风道加热器与该高温管道通过第二加热管道相连通。本发明采用封闭循环的热吹风方式对复合筋材进行加热固化,相比起传统的发热管加热固化装置,不仅大大减少了热风散失,有效提高了加热能耗的利用率,同时也大大降低了高温固化工序对周边环境温度的影响,即经济又环保,具有固化时间短、固化时间好以及节能环保等优点。
