The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a modifier; (2) preparing a composite sepiolitematerial; (3) preparing a soft porcelain material, and crushing the composite sepiolite material to 15000 to 20000. In terms of material selection, a sepiolite-based composite adsorbent with an extremely large adsorption area is selected, an extremely strong adsorption effect on pollutants in air is achieved, and the composite sepiolite material is crushed and ground to 15000-20000 meshes, so that the composite sepiolite material has an extremely large adsorption surface area and can enhance the effect at the same time. By modifying the composite adsorbent, due to the fact that the diaminopropyl octamer hexahedral polyhedral silsesquioxane carries more negative charges, the composite adsorbent has an excellent adsorption effect on trace harmful organic gas in air.
本发明涉及一种软瓷材料及其制备方法,由以下步骤组成:(1)改性剂的制备:(2)复合海泡石材料的制备;(3)软瓷材料的制备,并且将复合海泡石材料粉碎至15000‑20000,在材料的选择上选用了吸附面积极大的以海泡石为主的复合吸附剂,对空气中的污染物有极强的吸附效果,将复合海泡石材料破碎碾磨至15000‑20000目在其本身就有极大的吸附表面积的同时可以增强效果。通过对复合吸附剂的改性,由于双氨丙基八聚六面体笼型倍半硅氧烷所带的负电荷较多,对空气中痕量的有害有机气体有优异的吸附作用。
