本发明公开了一种高铁岔区无砟轨道及其防裂施工方法,该高铁岔区无砟轨道由下至上依次设置的混凝土底座、无渣道床板以及预制轨枕块,无渣道床板表面向线路外侧设置有横向排水坡,混凝土底座表面向线路外侧设置有横向排水坡,预制轨枕块的边缘具有倒角。本发明具有如下有益效果:针对实际工况,优化道床混凝土配合比,以减少表面浮浆层;掺加内养护材料、纤维等,提高抗裂性能;对轨枕块的形状进行边缘倒角优化,同时在施工前对预制轨枕块表面涂刷界面剂,提高轨枕块与道床混凝土间的粘结力,进而降低界面处应力集中;采用“低温入模,快速浇筑”进行现场作业,降低温差对开裂的影响。
